Phase 2 Historical Home with Primitives, Antiques and Folk Art Galore!

Well, first day back there and we are starting on the basement. We are pulling out some really neat items for you! We are bringing some items upstairs and will be fixing the basement up for you to contine finding some more treasures down there too. I might recommend a pair of gloves and if you have allergies, be sure to bring a dust mask too.

Day 2! We have begun uncovering the treasures in the attic. Wow, were about half unpacked and have some great finds:

will not be able to get to your email questions, etc. in a timely manner. This
house has an extremely large amount of items to go through and we are working
around the clock to prepare it for your viewing.

Again, It is going to take time for people to get through it.
Please be patient with us as it  will be “slow going” to get everyone through
the house safely. Allow yourself enough time for this sale it will be worth the
wait!

So there is no confusion: We will honor a “WATCHED LIST”, but you MUST be
present when we give out OUR numbers at 9:30 before we open the sale.

IF YOUR NUMBER IS CALLED AND YOU ARE NOT THERE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GET
ANOTHER NUMBER. One number per person, is required. Please dont get one number
for your group of multiple people, only one will be able to enter.

We have no control over the time our first customers come to our sale to
begin the “watched list”, so please note: our first customers were here 24 hours
in advance of the beginning of the last sale here 3 weeks ago.

Enter at your own risk, we are not responsible for your accidents
or inquiries. The basement will be open to our customers also, you may want to
bring your own flashlight.
