Lynn worked and planned to meet our needs. We only had a short period of time to remove 40+ years of collectables from the house. Lynn and her crew took on all the work that was needed: unpacked boxes and boxes of items stored away for 30 years, they organized all the items, priced them, took items to donation centers and cleaned up after sale. They were well organized, publicized the sale on social media and signs throughout the neighborhood. Very professional. Gave us a full accounting of all items sold. I would definitely use them again; I would refer them to anyone. They did a great job!

I had just got a new job oversees and had to move house on very short notice. Lynn took on the challenge, and she and her team put together a terrific estate sale in only a couple of weeks. The results were excellent, but more importantly, Lynn and her fabulous team took care of absolutely every detail. They laid out the sales area very professionally, collected and displayed all 10 rooms of stuff that I had accumulated over a lifetime, then priced everything through careful reference. The sale itself ran three days and was a knockout! What a great organization you've got there Lynn! Thanks from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of me!

First, there are not enough stars here to truly represent how happy and satisfied we are with the work Lynn and her staff did for us. We moved from Wheaton to Arizona and just the thought of moving a super packed home was overwhelming. At first We thought we could tackle the sale on our own and keep all the earnings. Then I would look around and think, there is no way we can do this on our own. We met Lynn, and instantly felt relieved. For days In a row her and her staff worked long hours staging, cleaning and plain and simple working very hard to prepare for the sale. We moved before the sale and literally handed her the keys and wish her luck. Let me just say, that I am not one to just trust anyone. At no point whatsoever I worried or question about her integrity or her staff. I walked out of that house knowing that she would make the best out of it and seen all the hard work preparing I really hoped the sale turned out good so that it would turn out good for both of us. I am happy to say that the sale was a great success. Lynn went above and beyond to do the job she was hired. It was incredible to see the amount of people lined up at our door day one. One thing it is clear to me. There is absolutely no way I could had done this on my own. What seems so overwhelming at first turned out to be the easiest thing about moving. I could really go on and on. I will always be grateful for the help and great experience.

Just before Christmas my mother unexpectedly passed away. Among the many dilemmas I immediately faced included a houseful of furniture, books, household goods and items from world travels that dated back more than half a century. On top of that, I was solely responsible for the estate and I lived in Arizona.

I located Lynn’s Home Estate Sales online while still in Arizona and was impressed that it was located inDowners Grove and offered services that I desperately needed on short notice. Lynn was immediately available when I arrived at the estate sale site and was able to give me a good idea what she would be able to accomplish in liquidating the estate.

After I returned to Arizona, Lynn had scheduled the sale, made arrangements for snow removal/parking issues, purchased stickers to get certain items disposed of and arranged all of the sale items in a “ready to move” manner. When the sale day arrived, more than 50 customers were lined-up in frigid weather prior to the opening of the event.

Lynn had given me an estimate of what the sale would gross and net… I was amazed that her estimate was within DOLLARS of the actual totals! After the sale, all remaining items were donated to organizations my mother would have certainly approved of. The house was completely empty and within a few days, I received a detailed invoice of the items sold, a list of expenses incurred and a most appreciated check.

We attend Estate Sales all the time and knew we wanted Lynn and her crew to conduct ours as their sales are always our favorites. When we needed our sale done in a "Rush" they definitely came through. Lynn even juggled her schedule around to fit ours in.. Lynn and her crew did an amazing job on all counts; from the numerous pictures they took to the various ways they advertised which brought in so many people on one of the coldest days of the year! I just wanted to thank you and your hard-working team for the excellent results of my recent estate sale. You probably don’t know that Lynn’s Estate Sales was my second choice. I originally signed a contract with a company I found on Angie’s List which had great reviews. That company backed out of the contract, citing doubts that I had enough for a good sale. I’m so glad they did!

From our initial contact, when you toured my home and we talked about options, it was clear that you and your team know your work very well. You did a quick assessment of the contents of my home and assured me we would have a good sale. And you were right. I was amazed at the number of people that showed up. Your advertising is very extensive and effective.

Probably the most surprising and helpful service from your team was the set-up and staging. Your team swooped in and took control of everything. They were courteous, professional, fast and knowledgeable. They helped me separate items that I wanted to keep from the sale items, cheerfully moving and re-arranging as they went. One area of my basement was set up to look like a lovely Christmas boutique. Another area was a craft and sewing corner. I’m sure their work had a lot to do with the good results.

The bottom line was that all of the main items that I wanted to sell were sold at a good price. The clean-out crew took everything else for charity or re-sale, and cleaned the house - even my kitchen floor and stove top!

I am very pleased with the final sales amount and the overall result. I would recommend your service for anyone who is moving, or just downsizing, like me.
