To get started we bring in an experienced team to organize, clean or tidy items in the home/garage. We will create a beautiful and comprehensive display of all items to be sold, in essence, we turn your home into a store-like setting.

Pricing:

We will appraise and research all sale items. All items will be priced and tagged with our own supplies.

Advertising:

We will advertise on our website, (which will include descriptions and photos) send out emails via our large database of names and emails of people who have signed up to be on our email list. We will also advertise on several other online local sales sites pertinent to the area in which the sale will be held. We also utilize social media for advertising.

OUR ESTATE SALE SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Two to three day conducted sales

  • Organizing & displaying household contents for sale

  • We clean before, during & after the sale.

  • Providing display tables & display cases for valuables

  • Researching, inspecting & evaluating each item in the estate for sale

  • All personal items found will be put aside for the family to sort

  • Pricing items

  • Staffing the sale with qualified sales professionals

  • Carefully limiting the number of customers in the home at any given time

  • Using a silent bid system to encourage the sale of higher priced or slow moving items

  • We accept cash, checks with proper ID, and credit card charges over $100

  • Providing bags & wrapping paper for purchases

  • No cash upfront. Commission comes out of proceeds, which is determined during free home evaluation.
